I am in the military in kuwait, i weigh 237 now, but when i started the dep. i was 258, goal LBS. 200, poss?

Ok, Before this deployment i was 260 pounds, ive lost a lot of weight so far, but my goal weight is under 200. The last time i was under 200 pounds was in middle school. I am on Hydroxicut , and cant decide if that is whats doing the weight loss, or my excessive exerciseing. I run 2 to 3 miles a day, and about 45 min of either weight training or ab work outs. I really want to keep this change of life style after i get out of the military, any advice?
