How to interprit my cylinder compression test?

Cylinders should read no more than 10 psi difference. If you have valve leakage the psi would be much lower. Replacing springs and seals will have no affect on compression test. Did you run the test with all plugs removed and allow the starter to turn the engine at least two revs.? you should also run a hot test and cold test to get a good diagnosis.
